Article 1
GENERAL PROVISIONS

These General Terms and Conditions for providing tourist services are an integral part of the Contract–Voucher between the travel agency Explore More Croatia and the travel Client.All information and conditions in the Itinerary and in these General Terms and Conditions are binding for both parties, unless otherwise determined between the Travel agency and the Client. By confirming and paying for the service, you confirm that you fully accept these General Terms and Conditions. You should read these Terms and Conditions carefully.

Article 2
CONTENT OF THE OFFER

We ensure the service according to the information published on the day of reservation and confirmation, and according to the description and travel period confirmed in the reservation. We guarantee the above except in cases of force majeure or exceptional circumstances that cannot be foreseen or prevented. Under force majeure and exceptional circumstances, we understand: death, sudden sickness, or accident with severe physical injury of a Client or his/her close family member; war; strikes; terrorist actions; natural disasters; limitations issued by authorities. We are not obliged to offer services which are not in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions.

Article 3
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT

Reservations (bookings) of our services can be made by e-mail. You are obligated to provide all correct information required for the reservation procedure. By confirming a reservation, you confirm that you are fully aware of and accept these General Terms and Conditions.

Payment can be made via an invoice (bank transaction) sent to the Client prior to the service.

Article 5
SETTLEMENT OF COMPLAINTS

Complaint procedure:

– You are obligated to report a complaint to the tour guide or service provider on the spot.

– If the reason for the complaint occurs during the service, you are obligated to report it immediately upon occurrence.

– You are obligated to cooperate with the service provider and our tour guide with the intention of eliminating the causes of the complaint.

– If you accept the proposed solution which corresponds with the service rendered on the spot, we are not obligated to consider additional complaints.

– If the problem is not resolved on the spot following intervention, you are obligated to submit a written complaint to us along with supporting documents and photographs within the next 15 days after the end of the service.

SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your personal information is required for processing the requested service. Personal information provided to us voluntarily will be used for communication between you and us. We are obligated not to disclose personal information to third parties, except for the purpose of carrying out the requested service.

INSURANCE

We strongly recommend that you arrive for your holiday fully insured and ensure that all activities you will undertake are covered by such insurance. This insurance must include emergency evacuation and repatriation costs in respect of all activities.

Article 8
FINAL PROVISIONS

If any party finds the resolution of a dispute unsatisfactory, they are entitled to initiate court proceedings. Any such dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Zagreb.
